Rolland
(Rollie) Vincent is President of Rolland Vincent Associates.
He has almost 30 years of experience in business, regional
and international aviation, including Bombardier, Cessna, Learjet,
Flexjet, and ICAO.
With a background in market research, economics
and statistics, he has held senior leadership positions in marketing,
strategy, business development, and consulting. His roles have
included Vice President of Strategy & Business Development
at Cessna, Director of International Airline Analysis at Bombardier
Aerospace, Director of Marketing, Strategy & Business Development
at Flexjet, and Director of Strategy & Communications at
Learjet.
Rolland has an MBA in international business and marketing,
and a BA and MA in urban and economic geography from McGill

Jennifer
Nice is Director, Research and Analysis of Rolland Vincent
Associates. She has over 25 years of experience in corporate
finance, banking, auditing, and consulting for institutions
such as Royal Bank of Canada, RBC Capital Markets, and PriceWaterhouse,
some of the most respected names in their industries.
With a background in financial analysis, strategy, costing, and commercial
real estate, she has led special project teams and held project
management and managerial positions in finance and accounting.
Jennifer has an MBA in finance and marketing from McGill University,
and a B.Comm. in accounting from Concordia University.
